WebIn FO3 every speech check was given a value, just like in NV. I don't know the exact values but let's say it's from 20 to 180 In NV you have 0% chance of success until you hit the required score, then it jumps to 100%. In FO3 you have a chance of success depending on your skill level and the required mark. So say, the check required 80 speech. WebFallout 3's percentages were fairly flawed though. Either that or I'm very lucky on my current playthrough. I have done 6 speech checks so far, passed 3 and failed 3. The 3 I passed were 29%, 26%, and 36%. The ones I failed were 76%, 75%, and 68%.
