WebFeb 11, 2016 · I have the above battery charger installed in my Ute and it is not charging the battery. When the ignition is switched on none of the led lights come on. Only the AGM LED flashes constantly which indicates to me low battery. I have check all fuses, and they are fine. I have checked the ignition wire and i have voltage to the unit.
