WebAcademic standing is calculated and recorded on academic transcripts at the end of each semester for every full-time student. Academic standing is determined by the semester and cumulative grade point averages and the student's academic standing in the previous semester. The minimum cumulative grade point average required for graduation is 2.00. WebUpon completion of the course(s), the final grade(s) must be received by the Office of the Registrar no later than Friday, August 11, 2024. Upgrading courses that cannot be sent through the Ontario Universities' Application Centre (OUAC) must be mailed directly from the high school, upgrading centre or school board to the university in a sealed envelope.
