Though I actually have one in the back of a drawer from a laptop computer. Speeds are the same as a SATA 2.5" SSD. Sequential speeds are where NVMe drives really sail ahead of SATA drives. Random reads and writes are not hugely faster. So it depends on what the drive is doing.
